Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long it takes
We check your print file (usually within one business day), then it's printed and shipped. Delivery takes 5–8 business days in total. Shipping is free.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your skin ships, and you can follow every step in your account.
Problems
Package lost or damaged? Email hello@storylid.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll reprint and resend it free. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; if a package is returned because of a wrong address, we can resend it for the cost of shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or carrier delays.
